Final Reflection:
Experience: Creative brand strategy has been a great experience. It was really nice having Ms Lilian teach us again but this time in a physical classroom. I enjoyed being back on campus and having consultations with Ms Lilian even though it was 8 AM. The module itself was fun too because I got to work on a topic I am really passionate about. I love exploring graphic design in activism-based contexts so to get a chance to do it myself was really cool.
Observations: I observed just how insightful customer journey maps actually are. It helps you take a loose base idea and shape it into a complete experience for a customer. Looking back at task 1 I now see how the brand in my case study shaped its campaign based on this experience map and made it successful. I definitely see myself more carefully observing how brand experiences are planned out and executed.
Findings: I found myself enjoying this module and Ms Lilian's way of teaching. She always pushed me to do better and explore more. Her guidance and help really made the experience a lot more meaningful. I learned in this module that there are so many invisible things that brands plan out and research in order to make their campaigns successful. We might not see them but we certainly do experience them.
Overall, CBS has been great! I created a campaign with a meaning close to me and I hope my work is able to convey my passion.
