For this task, we had to build personas for MyCraftShoppe. We conducted a short survey and a few interviews to build these personas. All the data collected and analysed is shown in the presentation below.

4. Feedback:
Since we were simultaneously working with Codium and MyCraftShoppe, we didn't get any time for feedback from Mr Asrizal.
5. Reflection:
Experience: To be candid, this project was a bit of a rough experience. We had to rush our data collection and there was some trouble within our group as well. I liked the idea of these personas and how they can help brands improve. If we had more time and less stressful circumstances it would've been quite an enjoyable experience.
Observation: I observed that brands like MyCraftShoppe can use this to help target their marketing better. Persona building is a great way to understand the small details about your audiences and how you can target them and improve their experiences.
Findings: I found that a lot of people did not know about MCS and hence it gave us a bit of a shaky start and we had to revaluate our research. I noticed that some of our research was a bit baseline and could have been taken further if our team had come together with a little more unity and effort but nonetheless we tried our best given the circumstances.
