Lectures:

Bootstrap and Responsive Web Design:

Mr Sham and Mr Lun taught us about Bootstrap and how it can be used in our Project #2. We learnt about all the different examples available on the website and how we can use them to our advantage. We learnt about different features like the navbar, the image carousel and columns.

We can use these feature to make our project responsive. A responsive website is able to show up fine on both a laptop screen and a phone screen. By using bootstrap we can make our websites responsive as it already does it for us.

Project #2:

The first step was to create an index.html in Dreamweaver and then link it to my style.css sheet. We had to copy and paste in the bootstrap instructions from their website as well.

I checked in the browser preview to make sure it was responsive.

The last step was to upload it to netlify so it would be a proper online website.

Feedback:

Week #9: Mr Sham and Mr Lun gave us feedback and suggestions on how to start our project.

Week #11: Mr Sham helped me with adding some adjustments to my websites which included extra padding and adjusting some of the text formatting.

Week #12: This week we submitted our final project #2

Reflection: 

Week #9: I am excited to see my project 1 static page become an actual website. It is going to be a bit tough I know since so far I have found the coding part quite confusing but I guess after this project I'll understand it better.

Week #11: I am glad with some of the progress I have made so far on this project. There is some things I need to fix and learn how to make to complete the website but I am slowly getting there.

Week #12: I am happy I got to finish my website in time. I know its not perfect but I am glad that I learnt a lot during this project. I am a lot more clear and comfortable on using both bootstrap and CSS. This will definitely help with the upcoming final project.
